The Parish Calendar & Room Request Form can also
be obtained from the Rectory Office. Completed forms are to be left in the rectory.
ONLY WRITTEN requests will be accepted using this form or an e-mail.
Joann Rubino will call you to inform you if the space
is available or if you have other options.
Please do not publicize your event until after you have
received confirmation that the space is available.
Remember that you will NOT receive a call back the same day as your request.
It takes some time to determine which space best fits your organization for the date and time you are requesting.
Please do not call the rectory asking the status of your request. The rectory does
not have that information.
This form only indicates that your group is requesting
space.
